Information for the Pharmacy Workforce
PWDS has worked with HEE and other partners to provide a system-wide response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
We are working with our key stakeholders to support pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, trainees and the wider pharmacy workforce respond to the COVID-19 pandemic.
As the NHS mobilises to support the response to the COVID-19 pandemic, we are working in partnership across the system to provide:
- Guidance for pre-registration pharmacists and pharmacy technicians with their studies and next steps
- Support for trainees on PWDS accreditation programmes, including converting our programmes to virtual delivery models and assessments
- Links to pharmacy materials to aid learning and up-skilling via the e-Learning for Health coronavirus programme
- Links to workforce planning advice and support
- Links to support the pharmacy workforce with mental wellbeing resources to enable them to look after themselves and others
