PWDS and CPPE have collaborated to bring you “Resources for Pharmacy Technicians: Unlock Your Potential in Three Simple Steps,” a new poster resource designed to empower pharmacy technicians in taking control of their professional and career growth.
This resource highlights key training and educational opportunities from both PWDS and CPPE, aligning with the four pillars of practice: clinical, leadership, education, and research.
✍ Developed jointly by Mary Carter (Lead Pharmacy Training Programme Director, Pharmacy Workforce Development South (PWDS)) and Sarah Evans BSc (hons) MAPharmT (Senior Pharmacy Technician Learning Development, CPPE), this tool emphasises reflective practice, self-assessment, and actionable steps to help you progress from “knows how” to “does.” It also features inspiring quotes from pharmacy technicians who have successfully advanced their careers across these four pillars, motivating you to follow their path.
